Textile making in contemporary Lao builds on traditions, keeps skills and knowledge alive and produces the most stunning fabrics for domestic and international markets.
The tactile warmth of natural silk or cotton, reeled/spun, dyed and woven by hand holds every heartbeat of the weaver, the rhythm of life and a spirit of tradition and culture.
